Placing the customer at the heart of his business has enabled Billy to build and lead a global team in developing and enhancing the digital and on-property customer experience, all while increasing demand and direct revenue for IHG brand hotel owners and operators. Billy has successfully leveraged customer insights and marketing strategies to effectively strengthen the relationship between our customers and IHG’s strong portfolio of global brands. Prior to joining IHG, Billy worked at Oracle and other companies where he gained a broad spectrum of experience across digital, pricing, CRM and marketing.
