Kevin began his career in aviation with Southwest Airlines in 1983. He worked in 6 cities and held 8 different positions, including Corporate Recruiter and Manager Customer Service. Kevin completed his BS in Economics from Texas Tech University and went on to obtain a Master’s Degree (MS) in Aeronautical Science. After 18 years of employment with Southwest Airlines Kevin branched out to another side of aviation “the airport”. Kevin began his career at DFW International Airport in February 2001, as a Terminal Manager and was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Terminal Management shortly thereafter. He currently oversees Service Delivery in all 5 terminals.
