Andrew Archambault is Chief Customer and Commercial Officer for US Nutrition, an NBTY and Carlyle Group Company. USN is a leading vitamin, mineral, & herbal supplement company in the United States, based in Long Island, NY, and also owns a robust Sports and Active Nutrition portfolio, with brands including Pure Protein, Met-Rx, and Balance. Andrew joined USN in 2014 and is responsible for all US classes of trade and the full branded portfolio, while leading a ~100 person Commercial & Sales team. Prior to joining US Nutrition, Andrew was a Vice President / Managing Director for Bacardi USA, based in Coral Gables, Florida. Andrew led the East Business Unit, representing approx. 40% of Bacardi’s US revenue. Andrew joined Bacardi in 2012 to lead, develop, and transform the National Retail Sales / Strategic National Accounts business for Bacardi USA. Prior to joining Bacardi, Andrew worked for The Coca-Cola Company for nearly 17 years. His final role at Coca-Cola was Vice President for the US Coca-Cola/Wal-Mart team – based in Rogers, Arkansas. He managed nearly $2.8 B in annual retails sales across 3 portfolios – Warehouse Juice, DSD Sparkling, and Still Beverages and led a ~30 person HQ and Field sales team. Andrew held roles in several business disciplines, including Sales Operations, Category Management, Operational/Brand Marketing, Business Development / Trade Spend Optimization, Human Resources / Talent Development, and National Account Team Leadership. Prior to his role on the Coca-Cola/Wal-Mart team, Andrew was the Market Unit Vice President for the San Antonio/Austin, TX market, responsible for ~55 MM unit cases, ~$500 MM in revenue, and nearly 1,100 employees. In 2010, Andrew’s market unit received the President’s Cup award for exceeding their P&L targets. Andrew has lived and worked in several US markets including the Northeast, Southeast and Southwest. Andrew holds undergraduate degrees in Business Management and Political Science from Gettysburg College, Gettysburg, PA and an MBA degree from Georgia State University, Atlanta, GA. Andrew was also an NCAA swimmer while attending Gettysburg.
