Georgia LittleChief Customer Experience Officer
Georgia Eddleman Little serves as vice president and chief customer experience officer at Prime. Little is responsible for the design, execution and implementation of Prime’s customer experience strategy. This includes all interaction Prime has with its members, including Prime’s contact center operations. She oversees all vendor relationships that support Prime's customer service work as well. Little, who most recently led global customer support services at Amazon, brings more than 20 years of customer service, health care management and executive leadership experience to Prime. Prior to her work with Amazon, Little also held senior leadership roles with ADT, WellPoint and Express Scripts. In addition to earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of South Florida, Little is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt. She is also certified in Six Sigma Black Belt champion training.
